Dr. Rosania treats patients with Disc problems

We come to you! If you are at home, work, or
anywhere else in New Jersey. We do this for every appointment and
there is no extra charge for this service. Our mobile care unit is
outfitted with all of the "state of the art" chiropractic
equipment and can accommodate any and all your chiropractic health needs.
Chiropractic Care
Our office provides spinal correction utilizing
the most "up to date" chiropractic techniques. The doctor
uses a diversified technique to make those corrections. These
techniques provide a safe, comfortable, and more effective
adjustment. The doctor may also use some of the following ancillary
therapies to aid in the adjustment.
Physiotherapy
To assist the body in the healing phase and
enhancing the effects of Dr. Rosania's Chiropractic manipulative
treatment, we can provide the following physiological therapeutic
procedures, on a case to case basses:
· Ultrasound
· Electrical muscle stimulation
· Mechanical traction
· Cryotherapy
· Moist heat therapy
· Paraffin bath
· Rehabilitation exercises
· Neuromuscular re-education
Exercises
Our office provides rehabilitation exercises, on
a case to case basis, that are designed specifically for each patient
to help strengthen their body. The exercises not only help
strengthen, but help correct certain problems. They will be performed
with the doctor, to insure proper execution, and at home in most cases.
Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA)
Dr. Rosania offers Manipulation Under Anesthesia
(MUA) which is a procedure that can help certain chronic pain
sufferers either eliminate or greatly reduce their pain. After having
been evaluated and cleared medically, the patient is lightly
anesthetized, in a hospital or surgery center, to achieve total
relaxation, and then stretching and adjustment are made. Because the
patient is anesthetized, movement and adjustment can now be made that
would normally not be achieved due to the patients' pain. These
adjustment help realign scar tissue and alter fibrotic adhesions,
which both limit range of motion and contribute to pain. MUA is more
conservative and less invasive then surgery and pain management
(epidurals). Many people that have had MUA have found great relief
from pain, stopped taking pain medication, avoided having medication
injected into their spine, and avoided surgery.
Who can benefit from MUA?
Chronic necks, back, and joint
problems/conditions from accidents and injuries that have not
responded to conventional treatment. MUA is effective for:
· Fibroadhesions buildup
· Chronic disc problems
· Herniated discs
· Chronic Myofascitis
· Torticollis
· Failed back surgery
· Chronic re-injury
· Failure to have relief from epidurals

Spinal and Postural Screenings
Our office provides posture and spinal screenings.
These screenings should be performed every six months, much like
dental visits, to help insure proper health and well being. We can
provide screenings at area community events, health fairs, malls, and
places of employment. If you are interested in having posture and

or workplace please contact the office for information and scheduling.
Lectures
Our office provides lectures on a variety of
topics that deal with the heath issues of today. Some lectures
